We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied you can request a return for a refund.
All returns will be subject to a 20% re stocking fee.
Please note we do not accept items that have been opened or tampered with in any way.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before any returns are made and a return reference will be issued along with a return address. All return costs are payable by the customer.
Please ensure the products are sent in the original packaging and are packaged securely. Please use a recorded/trackable delivery with suitable insurance in place to cover the return order and retain proof of postage as we can’t accept liability for goods that are lost in transit.
We will endeavour to refund payments with 7-10 days of receipts of goods.
Once we receive your return order we will inspect them. If they are not in a saleable condition (as determined by a PPE Company Care customer service member) we will not accept the return and a refund will not be refunded.
If you would like the goods delivered back to you, you will be responsible for the return and any administration charges. We will hold your returns for 5 business days, after which the order will be disposed of without any liability to PPE Company Care Ltd.
